Security and safety
Safety and security of the data is been given the highest priority in our office. Following are the provisions for the security and safety of data:
- Daily complete backup of project collaboration server
- Daily complete backup of Web server
- The complete project data is under the control of server, which keeps the data in an encrypted format to protect it from unauthorized use.
- All the data is been kept centrally on the project collaboration server. The drawings and documents can be accessed only through the centralized system application as per the access right of authorized user.
- No local computer data access using CD/ DVD/ USB/ serial port/Parallel port/ wireless/ blue tooth. Transmittals are been prepared from the server with a proper manual permission system. All such transmittal preparations records are further been manually audited.
- System audit keeps the record of, who-did-when-what. Hence any breach of security can be traced and addressed if happen due to unknown reasons.
- Overall infrastructure security against data leaks are been covered using Hardware Firewall, Anti Virus programs, Data protection system and its auditing, proximity system, CCTV, security guards.
- Overall we provide perfect security to client’s data against loss, theft, misuse etc.

Product Information
Research the materials and finishes available. Identify those which are best suited to the project taking into consideration the site location and exposure, the method of construction and of course, cost.
Bill of Quantities
Projects regardless of size will require some type of cost management. On smaller projects this may be calculated on a simple square metre basis however on larger or more complex projects a fully priced Bill of Quantities will be required. This ensures that the Client is aware of projected costs prior to tender action. The Bill of Quantities also provides for accurate cost management during the construction process.
Procurement
Bringing out the Procurement Schedule, Critical Activity / Special Agency requirement with necessary Lead time. Giving necessary Technical Inputs in selecting the vendors based on their Performance.
Cash Flow Statements
- Critical Analysis of Cash Flow
- Inline with – All General Conditions, Special conditions and Technical Specification.
- Inline with – Nature of Job, Location and considering all Influencing Factors.
- Reviewing the Progress by Planned Vs Achieved using the Invoice budget projection for the Timely completion of project.
- System, Procedure Implementation.
- This gives almost “An accurate profitability status” about the project.
Completion
At completion the Project Administrator will carry out final inspections (and may co-ordinate the Local Authority Final Inspections), issue and check snagging lists for compliance, issue Final Accounts and "As-Built" drawings. |
